2 cups unsweetened vanilla plant milk
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Organic stevia extract to taste
A pinch of organic cardamom
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh organic ginger (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a consistent texture.
2. Fill a glass with lots of ice. Pour golden milk into glass and top with cinnamon.
