Gluten Free Flour, 1 & 2/3 cup
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Origine Organic Ground Turmeric, 1 1/2 tsp
Cardamom, 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Melted Coconut Oil, 1/3 cup
Eggs, 2
Coconut Sugar, 3/4 cup
Mashed Banana, 3-4 overripe bananas or 1 1/2 cup
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
3. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
5. Spray a loaf pan with avocado oil and pour in mixture.
6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, depending on your oven.
7. Devour.
