Tahini, 1/3 cup
Juice of one lemon
Origine Organic Ground Turmeric, 1 tablespoon
Teaspoon and a half fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons maple syrup
A few drops of very hot water
1. Place tahini in a tall jar, but one you’ll be able to stir the ingredients at the bottom in.
2. Add in lemon juice, turmeric, pepper, and maple syrup.
3. Add a few drops of very hot water and begin to stir. Keep adding drops of hot water and stirring until dressing is the right consistency. It takes a while to break up the tahini.
4. Enjoy on everything!! It’s that good.
