Sweet and Savory Pomegranate Brussel Sprouts

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Wash and cut Brussel sprouts in half

3. peel and cube squash

4. Toss in a bowl with olive oil (add a dash of salt and pepper)

5. Bake for 20 minutes

6. Flip and add pecans

7. Bake additional 10 minutes

8. In a small bowl, add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and whisk

9. Pour Brussel sprouts, squash, and pecans into a bowl and pour maple dressing over top 

10. Mix well & top with pomegranate seeds

11. Enjoy!!
