1 cup gf oats

2 cups plant milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 mashed banana

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 tsp Origine Organic Vanilla Extract

1 scoop mushroom immunity powder

2 tsp date syrup (optional)

Macadamia-coconut butterÂ

sunflower seeds

DirectionsÂ
1. In a pot, add your oats, water, milk, and vanilla. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Add your raspberries and Cook for 3-5 mins, stirring consistently.Â
2. Once cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in your mushroom immunity powder (this is a GAME CHANGER. This powder is packed with immunity boosting adaptogenic brilliance) and your date syrup.Â
3. Spoon into your bowl, and top with the banana, sunflower seeds (for a great, healthy crunch) and coconut. Serve with the mac-coconut nutbutter or nutbutter of your choice. And feed that HEART and soul!! ENJOY!
