1 frozen açaí pouch
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tbsp ashwaghanda powder
1 tbsp protein powder
Origine Organic Coconut Sugar, to taste
3 tbsp plantbased vanilla yogurt
1. Throw all ingredients into a blend (other than yogurt) & blend until smooth! Top with yogurt, granola, nuts, seeds, fresh or frozen fruit and ENJOY!
