1c plant milk (I used flax milk for added protein)
1tbsp nut butter
1tbsp maple syrup
1/2tsp Origine Organic Ground Cinnamon
1/2tsp Origine Organic Vanilla Extract
1. Mash banana, add all other ingredients, except oats, and mix well.
2. Add in oats, mix again. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight. I served topped with nuts, hemp hearts, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
