1 Cup of Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup of Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup of Origine Organic Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Cup of Oat Milk
1 Teaspoon of Avocado Oil
4 Squares of Hu Kitchen Hazelnut Butter Chocolate
Handful of Macadamia Nuts
Few Dashes of Hemp Hearts
1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Make homemade oat flour by blending the cup of rolled oats in a high speed blender.
3. Add the oat flour to a large bowl along with the cacao powder, coconut sugar, flaxseed, and baking powder.
4. Stir, fold in the oat milk and teaspoon of avocado oil, then stir one last time.
5. Evenly transfer your baked oats mixture to 2 oven safe bowls, and press down one square of the chocolate into the center of each bowl.
6. Bake them for 20 minutes, top with one more square of chocolate, then sprinkle on the macadamia nuts and hemp hearts
7. This recipe serves a party of 2, but will also make for some pretty awesome leftovers!
