1 cup oats
2 cups plant milk
1/2 tsp Origine Organic Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Origine Organic Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 cup carrot grated
1/4 cup pineapple finely diced
2 tbs maple syrup
1 cup chai protein shake
ground flax
banana
coconut
1. In a pot add your milk, oats, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and bring to a boil.
2. Add your carrot, Reduce heat and simmer for 5 or so minutes.
3. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in your protein shake or powder. If using powder, add a lil extra almond milk at this stage and your pineapple.
4. Spoon into your bowl and top with your banana, flax and coconut and oh my goshhhh YUM! ENJOY!
