  • 1/2 cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 4 tbs chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk powder 

  • 1/2 cup passion fruit, mashed

  • 1 tbs date syrup 

  • Kiwi

  • Mango

  • Shredded Coconut


1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Let stand for 5 mins and whisk again, breaking up any lumps. 

2. Refrigerate for an hour or even overnight. 

3. Then top with all the yummy toppings and DIVEEEE IN!!
