Frosty the Chia-Man Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk powder

  • 8 tbs chia seeds 

  • 1 tbs blue spirulina powder

  • 2 tbs maple syrup


Directions 

1. In a bowl whisk all ingredients together then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps.

2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or even overnight. 

3. Once set add to your bowl and form your first with coconut, vegan choc chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose and cinnamon stick arms. 

4. Enjoy this perfect breakfast to make with the kiddies too. Or just a fun brekky for the lil kid in us all this time of year!
