Since I had tons of leftover apples I didn’t want to go bad , I peeled them, chopped them up & froze them! They are perfect for baking , smoothies, juices, oatmeal, whatever ! But a very great tip so your apples don’t get to waste! - Gab on IG


  • Frozen Apples 

  • Maple Syrup To sweeten 

  • Dairy Free or Regular Yogurt

  • Nutmeg

  • Optional Ginger 

  • Dairy Free Milk to top off 

  • Coconut or Regular Whip Cream & optional caramel to top


1. Place all your ingredients in the blender , adding as much or little of each as you like

2. Add more or less cinnamon / nutmeg / maple syrup according to your taste buds!

3. Top with whip cream and caramel and enjoy!
