2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
2 Tbsp cashew butter
1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups sprouted oats
2 Tbsp arrowroot flour
Shop this recipe:
1. Blend everything in a food processor or high-speed blender.
2. Heat a griddle or skillet to medium heat.
3. Spray pan with avocado oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle/skillet.
4. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the bottom is cooked through, and then flip. Cook for another 2-4 minutes until lightly browned.
