2lbs bag of fresh Green Beans, washed and trimmed
1 cup of Gluten Free or Regular Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil to coat
Half a lemon juice
Salt / pepper to taste
Vegan or Regular Parmesan Cheese
1. In a large bowl toss your green beans with a drizzle of olive oil, coating them lightly. Toss in your breadcrumbs, lemon juice, turmeric, salt / pepper and parmesan cheese.
2. Place in oven, making sure not to overlap green beans, at 425 and roast until golden brown or to your liking!
