Green beans are a wonderful source of vitamins A, K, C, folic acid and fiber. They are a low fat food that can be enjoyed any ways! Matt & I devour these in minutes because they taste like fancy French Fries but are packed with nutrients - Gab on IG


  • 2lbs bag of fresh Green Beans, washed and trimmed 

  • 1 cup of Gluten Free or Regular Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs 

  • Olive Oil to coat

  • Half a lemon juice

  • Salt / pepper to taste 

  • Vegan or Regular Parmesan Cheese


1. In a large bowl toss your green beans with a drizzle of olive oil, coating them lightly. Toss in your breadcrumbs, lemon juice, turmeric, salt / pepper and parmesan cheese. 

2. Place in oven, making sure not to overlap green beans, at 425 and roast until golden brown or to your liking!

3. Enjoy!
