1 Cup of Plant Milk
1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups of GF flour
1 cup shredded apples
3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp of Salt
2 tsp of Origine Organic Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp of All Spice
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup
Confectioners Sugar
Maple Syrup
1. Mix 1 Cup of Plant Milk mixed with 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (set aside for about 15 min)
2. Add to greased pan & bake at 350, checking every 10 minutes until a toothpick comes out ALMOST clean. We want to keep it a little wet because if will cook as it settles. This keeps it moist.
3. Stir together icing. The ratio just goes by the consistency & sweetness you like! Add more confectioners if it gets too watery & you need it thicker!
4. Let skulls cool and add icing!
