1 cup oats blended
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp honey (agave, etc.)
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Pre-made mini pie crusts
1. In a bowl combine oats, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, almond milk, honey, and 1 tbsp brown sugar.
2. Stir until well blended and scoop even portions into each pie crust.
3. Make a brown sugar butter by combining 1 tbsp melted butter mixed with 2 tbsp brown sugar and drizzle on top of each mini pie.
4. Bake on baking sheet at 350 for 20-25 mins!
