I love showing easy, approachable ways to veganize favorite recipes, creating new flavor combinations, and finding ways to get creative to make leftovers fun!
1/2 block firm tofu, pressed and sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 tsp Origine Organic Ground Turmeric
1. Mix soy sauce and mustard in one dish. Mix the seasonings in another. (Note: I opted not to use black salt like I normally would in a scramble, but you could add some!)
2. Coat tofu slices first in the soy sauce mix, then in the seasoning mix.
3. Bake slices at 400F for 20 minutes until crispy.
