2 very ripe bananas, frozen
1/4 c frozen cauliflower
3/4 of an orange sliced and frozen
1/2 c mango, frozen
1/2 c coconut milk powder
1/2 c plant milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbs vanilla protein powder
1. First chill your bowl in the freezer ready for serving. It will keep your smoothie cool and prevent from melting
2. Then simply combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until silky smooth.
3. Spoon into your bowl and top w bananas, oranges and hemp. And take that trip down memory lane with meeee!!! Enjoy!
