4 tbs chia seeds
1 cup plant based milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup pink dragonfruit mashed
1-2 tsp blue spirulina
1. In a bowl simply add all your ingredients and whisk u til thoroughly combined. Let stand for 5 mins then whisk again to remove any lumps. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs or even overnight.
2. When ready to serve spoon into your bowl, top with your pear, granola and coconut and diveeee on in!!!
