Rainbow Acai Immunity Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gf oats

  • 2 cups plant based milk

  • 1 tbs vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 a banana, mashed

  • 1 scoop açaí powder

  • 1 tsp elderberry powder

  • 2 tsp chia seeds 


Directions 

1. In a pot add your oats, milk, chia seeds and vanilla. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 mins. Stirring continuously. 

2. Once cooked remove from heat and stir in your banana, açaí powder, elderberry powder, protein powder and a splash of extra milk for a looser consistency. 

3. Then top with your incredible fresh fruit and coconut and BAM!!!! Happiness in yo face!!
