1 cup gf quick oats
1 cup plant milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tsp date syrup
1/4 tsp Origine Organic Vanilla
1 tbs ground flax
strawberries
blueberries
cantaloupe
mango
kiwi fruit
1. In a pot, add all your ingredients except for the banana. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 mins. Stirring constantly and mashing the blueberries. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in your mashed banana. **for a looser consistency add a splash of extra plant milk.
2. Spoon into your bowl and top with all those beautiful fruits. (Feel free to top with any fruits you have in hand) and ENJOY!!! Jump on my rainbow and letâs ride!!!
