3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs sherry vinegar
Squeeze of lemon
Salt to taste
1. Combine all dressing ingredients into a large bowl and whisk.
2. Once combined, slice all citrus and lay in the bowl of dressing. Leave to soak for 15 mins, stirring and flipping the pieces every once in a while.
3. Once soaked, arrange on your plate and top with avocado and fresh basil.
4. Great as a side with a bbq or even just as a lil snacky snack!
