1/2 cup oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tbs ground flax
coconut dusted with a little blue spirulina
2/3 cup plant based Greek yogurt
1 tsp blue spirulina
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup plant milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp blue spirulina
1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder
1. For the oats. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix. And refrigerate for 2 hrs or over night.
2. For the chia. Simple combine all ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Let stand for 5 mins, whisk again to remove any remaining lumps and refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight.
3. ONCE the oats and chia are ready. Remove from fridge. Combine the blue spirulina to your yogurt and add on top of half the oats. On the other half add your chia, then top with your cacao, sunflower seeds, blueberries and coconut. Then sail away to brekky paradise!! ENJOY!!
