Sweet chili sauce
1. For the tofu I cubed extra firm tofu, and tossed in some Origine Organic Turmeric, and a salt free lemon herb seasoning, and air fried @ 375 for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket a few times, and spritzing with water (you can use oil spray if you like).
2. For the noodles I cooked whole wheat spaghetti according to the package, and after draining, I tossed it in sweet chili sauce...easy peasy.
3. I topped the bowl with sesame seeds, lemon juice, a little tahini, and a little more sweet chili sauce, and dug in! Yum!!
