Tropical Coconut Mango and Hemp Oats

  • 1 cup gf oats 

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk powder 

  • 3/4 cup mango purĂ©ed 

  • 2 tbs date syrup (or sweetener of choice) 

  • 1/4 tsp lime rind, grated

  • 1 tbs nut butter of choice

  • strawberry flowers 

  • blueberries 

  • hemp hearts 

  • lime wedges 


1. In a pot, combine the water, milk, and coconut milk powder. 

2. Whisk to combine. Then add your oats and vanilla and bring to the boil. Immediately lower heat and simmer for 5 mins or so. 

3. Remove from heat. Stir through your date syrup, lime rind and mango purĂ©e. 

4. Add to your bowl and top with your garden toppings and nut butter. 

5. Enjoy!!
