Hi my name is Andrea, Anna is a nickname my mom has called me all my life. I am 48, wife to my husband for nearly 23 years and a homeschooling mom to an amazing adopted son. I am committed to serving my family nourishing, home cooked meals and learning more about health and nutrition, as I have maintained a nearly 170 pound weight loss over the last several years.


Ingredients

  • 16oz. Soaked nuts

  • 1/3 cup olive oil 

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1tsp salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

  • Zest from one lemon

  • Juice from one lemon


Directions 

1. Pat your soaked nuts dry and add them to a mixing bowl. 

2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 

3. Place them on your baking sheet in an even layer and dehydrate in your dehydrator at 130° or oven at the lowest temp for up to 24 hours.

4. Cool nuts completely and place them in a jar with a lid. I store mine in my refrigerator.
