4 medium/small ripe bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 & 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of organic pure cane sugar
1 & 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Pecans to taste
1. Combine mashed bananas, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract in one bowl.
2. Once all wet ingredients are well mixed, add in all remaining dry ingredients and stir well.
3. Pour batter into a well oiled bread pan, top with lightly crushed pecans, and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
4. Let cool for 30 minutes and then slice evenly!
Enjoy! Perfect as a breakfast addition or mid-day snack.
