Hey there! I’m a 28 year old plant-based food blogger passionate about creating and sharing meals and treats that can encourage people to learn about intuitive eating. If I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me hiking around Oregon with my lady and our two dogs, playing piano, playing guitar, or riding BMX.
1 and 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Organic Coconut Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
2 Cups of Oat Milk
1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1. Get your waffle maker nice and hot while you prep your waffle batter. If you don’t have one, make some pancakes and heat up a large pan with vegan butter or a teaspoon of avocado oil.
2. Combine the dry ingredients, then stir in the oat milk, avocado oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Add about 1 cup of batter to the waffle maker (or about 1/2 cup per pancake).
4. Even when my waffle maker says they are ready, I always give it another minute or two. Enjoy!
